Healthy Table is a meal delivery service created in partnership with FISH’s Open Table and the healthcare community. Initially funded by Molina Healthcare as a pilot program, it introduced the Food is Medicine model to Kittitas County. Targeting out-of-control hypertension and diabetes, the pilot provided 14 medically tailored meals each week to patients referred by their healthcare providers.

Medically Tailored Meals are designed to reduce health care visits, lower health care costs and help patients live a healthier, happier life.
Qualified recipients receive 14 hand-crafted meals delivered to their home each week. The meals are created and approved by our team including Chef Darren and Registered Dietician Katy Williams to be flavorful and nutritious. Research shows that those who adhere to the program over it’s duration see dramatic, positive changes in their measurable health data.
Open Table’s Executive Chef creates the menus focusing on locally sourced ingredients. FISH’s Registered Dietician approves their nutritional value. The goal is to build this program into a vital part of the continuum of care in Central Washington.
